We had a very special visit today from well-known environmentalist and author Éanna Nà Lamhna who met with 5th and 6th Class pupils to share her knowledge about biodiversity. She also helped the two senior classes to plant daffodil bulbs.
Each child and each adult in the school got a chance to plant a bulb this week in our school garden and we look forward to the flowers blooming next spring when we will celebrate both schools' 150 years of educating children.
